I’ve been where you are.
I understand how important it is for me to be trustworthy, honest, and consistent in order to create a safe space for your healing, which is why I maintain strong ethical boundaries. I’ve worked hard to embody these qualities, though I sometimes make mistakes. When I do, I hold myself accountable and strive to repair any harm. Likewise, I will hold you accountable and challenge you to grow.
I work exclusively with adults who grew up in dysfunctional or abusive homes and struggle to navigate relationships in a healthy way.
I help those who have been silenced by their traumas and are seeking to overcome people-pleasing behaviors.
In more technical terms, I work with individuals who have CPTSD, PTSD, or BPD (Borderline Personality Disorder and Bipolar Disorder). Many of them exhibit anxious, avoidant, or disorganized attachment styles. Additionally, I support those who have experienced narcissistic abuse, resulting in deep abandonment and rejection wounds.

If you’re neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, in non-traditional relationships, or strongly opposed to oppressive systems, you are very welcome and safe here.
I provide individual counseling via Simple Practice Telehealth, which is HIPAA compliant and encrypted for your security for those in FL or CO.
I also offer a self-study Trauma Recovery Skills course for those who can’t start therapy right away or want to learn tools to break the cycles of their attachment traumas.
